V. EXTERNAL RESOURCES

VII. TESTIMONIAL POLICY
As with other business-related sites, the results you may obtain by applying the techniques we promote may differ from those obtained by the users who gave their testimonials. The results you may obtain will depend on different variables, such as the level of effort you apply, your business and financial acumen, personal qualities, knowledge, skills, and many other factors. Because the factors that affect the outcome are different for each person, we cannot guarantee your success, results, or level of income, nor can we be held responsible in any way for your success or failure. Our website is not, and does not offer, a business scheme to make easy, fast money overnight.
We believe we provide adequate information and tools for you to achieve the desired results, and our satisfied clients confirm this.
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s guides on the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising, please note the following:
The testimonials that appear on this site are received through text, audio, or video submitted by users freely and voluntarily. They are individual experiences that reflect the real-life experiences of consumers who have used our products/services in one way or another, with satisfactory results.
Even so, these are individual results and may vary. We do not claim that they are typical results that consumers will generally achieve. These testimonials are not necessarily representative of everyone who will use our products/services.
The testimonials shown (text, audio, and/or video) are reproduced exactly as they were expressed, except for corrections of grammatical or spelling errors.
Some have been shortened, and emphasis has been added to some parts of the text. In other words, not the entire message sent by the author of the testimonial has been shown when it seemed too long or when not all of it was relevant to the general public.
We are not responsible for any of the opinions or comments published on our site. We do not endorse opinions that may be expressed in public forums on general or specific topics.
This website, by itself or through its linked social media, may serve as a forum for testimonials, providing space for them as a means of interaction between our visitors and users, where they can share their experiences with others. To prevent abuse, all testimonials appear only after they have been reviewed by administrative staff. We do not share the opinions, points of view, or expressions of any of the testimonials on this site; they are strictly the views of the reviewers, users, visitors, and followers.

Our publications have the highest degree of accuracy available to us. We make our best effort to present products realistically and in a way that lets you perceive their details. However, we are not responsible for inaccuracies or differences that may exist between the representation and reality.
Our publications may refer to terms used in the common jargon of the industry for the sole purpose of illustrating or informing. Under no circumstances should the words used be interpreted as offensive, demeaning, or intended to discriminate, single out, or offend. The descriptive words used in this program should not be considered guarantees.
Our publications include sending emails with promotional material and images, to which these same terms apply. By accepting our terms and conditions, you will be subscribed to our emails. If you wish to stop receiving information, you must send an email to soporte@protradingskills.com (support email).

XIV. PROGRAM AND SERVICE
The Company is the sole and universal operator of Pro Trading Skills and of the Program, hereinafter “the Program,” an educational program divided into modules, identified in the online purchase transaction.
The client is the person who, having submitted the requested information and successfully completed the required payment, acquires access to the Program. Accordingly, the client agrees to abide by all policies, procedures, terms, and conditions described in this agreement as a condition of participating in the Program. The client also acknowledges and accepts that failure to comply with these terms may be sufficient reason to terminate the service, deny access to the Program, and end any binding relationship with the student, without the right to refunds, payment cancellations, or accommodations.
XV. TERMS OF SALE
The Company provides access to its virtual academic and educational programs, dedicated to sharing knowledge, tools, advice, and experience related to trading and investing. Access is defined as permission to enter the user account, its platform, modules, tutorials, bonuses, recommendations, resources, written and audiovisual materials, and community, for the specific period stated in the offer for each of its components.
Offer:
Immediate access to the Program’s digital platform and to the modules containing the pre-recorded tutorials. Access may vary depending on the program or on enrollment through a promotion, as may the price.
The student will have access to updates made to existing tutorials, as well as to the tutorials added to the platform during their year of participation.
Access to live online group classes on market analysis.
Access to the student community.
Access to updates sent by the experts.
Access to live and recorded classes is unlimited from the date of the first payment.
Bonus:
Bonuses are additional resources offered temporarily, not guaranteed, or that may vary by season.
We currently offer access to our private student community on the platform, where we share additional knowledge, signal analysis, and trends. Participation in this bonus is conditional on accepting and strictly complying with the applicable Code of Conduct.
Participation in this bonus is not guaranteed because it depends on a platform external to the Program’s.
The Company reserves the right to discontinue participation at any time, and doing so does not constitute a breach of the Offer.
Other Bonuses:
Other bonuses may be offered seasonally and would likewise be temporary, variable, and not guaranteed when they depend on a third party.
Other bonuses may include: 1-on-1 sessions with team members, follow-up calls, and additional time in the community.
Additional bonuses will apply only when they are offered and confirmed in the purchase receipt the student receives by email.
1-on-1 sessions are learning sessions and under no circumstances constitute investment advice. They are intended to review the student’s progress and experience, confirm the proper use of tools, and share additional knowledge.
Follow-up calls are short sessions to answer questions and under no circumstances constitute investment advice. They are intended to answer common questions and provide personalized attention.
The Company reserves the right to make special offers, offer payment plans, and increase or decrease the price, effective from the date it is announced.
XVI. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be made through the Stripe, PayPal, or My Crypto Checkout platforms on the website designated for that purpose. Transactions are charged in US dollars, and any cost in addition to the sale price will depend on additional fees charged by your bank. The Company reserves the right to add new payment methods and make the corresponding announcement.
Once you proceed to payment, enter your payment information, and complete the purchase, you accept all the Terms and Conditions related to the sale, refunds, and guarantees. All Policies, Terms and Conditions of the payment tool the Company uses to enable its payment methods are binding and apply in full to this sale. By clicking the payment button, you authorize the Company to debit, charge, or bill your bank account provided for the total amount of the transaction, or according to the payment plan, if applicable.
Once the client or student completes the purchase transaction, it is considered final and binding for the purpose of enjoying all the legal guarantees that may arise from it. Transactions completed by the client or student but rejected by our site because the payment method used declined coverage of the transaction are not final. If the client does not provide a new valid payment method, the transaction will be canceled.
All transactions made on our Site are secured by our payment platform. Our website does not store payment or financial information of clients, except when the system is enabled and the client chooses to have their information remembered after opening an account on our site, or chooses to purchase the Program through a payment plan, when that option is enabled. The tool in charge of processing transactions and payments does not retain our clients’ information and is limited exclusively to processing the information provided by the client at the time of payment, except when the payment plan is selected. The information submitted to make the payment is used solely to process the current transaction for purchases without a plan, and will be remembered by the bank for future transactions only when a payment plan applies.
XVII. PAYMENT PLAN
Payment plans will only be available if the option is enabled, and offering them is at the Company’s sole discretion. When the client purchases the Program under a payment plan and authorizes the first payment, they also authorize the subsequent payments to be debited every thirty (30) days from the same payment method, on the same day of each month.
For example, if you make the purchase on February 10, subsequent payments will be debited on March 10 and April 10.
By enrolling in the payment plan, the client understands that they have made a purchase for the total of all payments, even if this is greater than the single-payment option. The client also agrees to make the payments until the balance is paid in full, on the corresponding dates.
The content of this Program is understood as a service at an adjusted price, so failure to pay any portion of the cost justifies canceling the entire purchase and access to the program, with the payments already made retained as proportional payment for the service provided, with no right to a refund.
Declined payments will incur a fee of thirty dollars ($30) per declined transaction when the client does not provide a new payment method within three (3) days. The system will make six (6) attempts to charge the payment method provided before canceling the service. The Company will not be responsible for any fees charged by the client’s bank.
Failure to pay will give the Company a cause of action for collection of money and breach of contract, even if access has been canceled, and all of the client’s payment obligations, equal to the outstanding installments and late fees, will be considered accelerated. If it becomes necessary to go to court to collect the debt, court costs and attorney’s fees will be paid by the debtor, as well as the legal interest on the debt and any other amount imposed by the court.
The client is responsible for keeping sufficient funds in the bank account on the day the payment is processed to avoid declined transactions. If the client causes a declined transaction and does not get in touch to provide a new payment method, access to the program may be canceled.
XVIII. REFUND POLICY
We prefer students who are committed to learning, not people who simply sign up to try it out. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.
As an exception, the Company may, at its sole discretion, evaluate and grant a Refund Request from a student who meets all of the requirements below and has not achieved a first objective:
Request it within 60 days of the purchase.
Have completed all the modules of the Program, with every tutorial from beginning to end, over a period of no less than 3 weeks.
Have watched any video added or updated within that period.
Have attended and actively participated in the live sessions within that period.
Have accepted and complied with the Code of Conduct of the private community on our platform, and have actively participated in it.
Have sent at least one email with questions, a follow-up request, or a request for a personalized session to team members at least 20 days before the Refund Request, and either not have received an answer or help, or have evidence of following the team’s recommendations without success.
Have made their first 15 trades, with a minimum of 10 losing trades.
We invest a great deal of time and effort in this program, and we expect you to do the same. This Program is only for serious students who want to learn and implement, not simply try the course, consume it, and then cancel it.
Send your request to soporte@protradingskills.com.
If, on the date of purchase, the course has not yet started or opened, no refunds will be offered for the period between the payment and the start of the program, without exception.
If you have problems with your order, please contact soporte@protradingskills.com.
XIX. REVISIONS AND AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms, so you should review them regularly. Your continued use of the Program will be considered acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must immediately stop using our program or write to us at soporte@protradingskills.com.
If any of these terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, it will be considered removed from these terms, and all the others will remain equally binding and enforceable.
XX. FINAL PROVISIONS
Violation of any of the provisions of our Policies will result in the client’s, student’s, or user’s access being blocked and any other action deemed necessary. Violation of any of our Policies may give our Company grounds for legal, civil, or criminal action, in which case the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.
